Mountain Order
- PCs may issue the Maintain Order explicitly.
- Bastions default to the Maintain Order if PCs issue no Special Facility Orders .
- Maintain Orders block all Special Facility Orders.
- Maintain Orders are fulfilled by rolling once on the Bastion Events table and resolving the results before the next Bastion Turn.
